Andrew was my service advisor who did a great job evaluating my car and found many problems that needed attention. I decided to go back and meet with Andrew to further discuss the needed repairs and the costs arrange a time. From the beginning he tried to see how he can make all these repairs as affordable as possible. Andrew is a very pleasant man. He has so many nice attributes that i can't possibly name them all. What comes to my mind is that he is very professional, thrill, knowledgeable and honest and so on. He also informed me of their senior discount. He utilized all possible means to save me money. He communicated with me as needed. He is very organized which made the whole thing go really smooth. Another simple way to put it "he held my hand through the whole thing". He is awesome.
