The newer model is much more complex than our old Prius and he was able to answer all of our questions about the changes and addition of high tech apps and devices. We would recommend him to friends. We were pre-approved by our credit union and when the sales manager became involved in the process it did not go as smooth. Next time we will close the deal at the credit union to avoid any confusion. Again Mr Kim was an excellent help to us and we will recommend him to friends and family members. More

Very pleasantly surprised I was in desperate need of a used car and was dubious about going to a car dealership rather than private party. I called Nataly, told her what my parameters were and she told me that she would have some cars ready for me to look at. When I arrived she passed me along to Taylor Robins who was up to speed on my needs. He showed me a couple of cars, gave honest assessments of each and made me very comfortable throughout the process. Once I decided on a car, Taylor shepherded me through the process as quickly as he could and got me out of there by dinner. Beaverton Toyota has won over a very skeptical customer.
