One bad apple Taylor did a great job. John Cantwell his handler, is an absolute xxx. He has no respect for customers, and treats them like objects. Many Taylor did a great job. John Cantwell his handler, is an absolute xxx. He has no respect for customers, and treats them like objects. Many times, he walked by us while we sat at the table, and stared blankly at us when we said hello. We were made to feel like we were there to serve him. Additionally, we happened to overhear him interacting with Taylor. My wife and i were both suprised and disgusted at how Cantwell was responding to Taylors procedural questions. When i walked to the counter with a question on a form, cantwell essentially told me it was none of my business since i wasnt the one buying the truck and turned his back to me! (it was my wife on title). In short, quite happy with the service we received from every staff member we spoke with including random service techs, Rich in the accessory dept, and taylor and Erin in sales. John Cantwell soured the experience for us, so much that we nearly walked out of the dealership and took our money elsewhere. I sincerely hope we do not have to interact with him again in the future. More
