Brian Spears and I think it was Paulie were master diagnosticians. They discovered my gasoline was contaminated with diesel fuel. Their diagnosis was made quickly and accurately. Brian took me into the shop to talk with Paulie; they were both pleasant, engaging, and a joy to deal with. I have purchased 7 cars from your dealership. Then, Ahree and her manager were able to offer us more $ for our trade-in than we expected, and worked with us to find a way to get a monthly payment that fit in our budget for the vehicle that fit best with our needs. Ahree was very clear about what protection plans were actually going to pay-off for us. She stayed after closing with no complaints. Overall, we had a great experience at Beaverton Toyota, definitely worth the drive out from Portland! More

More Good Service We had a recall on our new Rav4. Our service person Andrew made sure that we understood that it would take four hours to determine if the car would n We had a recall on our new Rav4. Our service person Andrew made sure that we understood that it would take four hours to determine if the car would need something replaced and if so it would be there for some time, probably two weeks or so. But not to worry if that was the case we would have a loaner. Alas, every thing was just fine! More

Easiest, speediest and most professional auto service ever!! From the minute I pulled up to the short (45 minutes) time later that I left, this was the nicest experience ever in having my vehicle serviced.
