Long-Time Customer I've been taking my cars to their service department since 1998, when I bought my first Toyota (a Corolla). I now own a Rav4. Friendly people and great service. They'll recommend things that need to be done but they don't force them on you. The only reason I don't give five stars is that their shuttle service needs improvement. It has left me high and dry a couple of times. Other than that, the service works great! I don't have to worry about finding someone to pick me up or drop me off when I need a bigger service done on my car. More

Toyota factory recall and brake repair I received excellent service. However, my service was on a Monday and the following Wednesday my battery went dead. I would like to ask if there is a general review when you bring your car for service. Had the battery been checked, I would not have been stranded. I had to call AAA for a new battery. Especially by the seller Dave Yusckat who attended me very patiently showed me all the cars I wanted to see, I could to find the car that suited my needs, the color I wanted it, with all the features I need and excellent warranty. Finally I bought a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE Premium in a beautiful black color and I'm very happy so far. I hereby want to thank the employees of that entity especially Dave for excellent business management, patience and concern for their customers. One of the best service centers in the country! I took an appointment for 30,000 mile service on line. When I got there on time, I was told that I was 2 weeks early!
