Andrew did over and beyond what was expected. We bought our rav 4 about 2 years ago and were having some problems with it so we took it in for service since it was under warranty. He dealt with the crazy warranty company to always maximize what we got for our vehicle, we got to drive a brand new 2015 rav 4 for over 3 weeks while our car was being fixed. Made an oil-chang appointment extra early...took three hours I made an appointment for 7:15 am in order to be "in-and-out" early and quickly. Last time the oil-change took about an hour. Nick was great!! Nick has ALWAYS been great to work with and very accomodating. However this last weekend he really took it to another level. I was late for an appt due to traffic but needed to get my vehicle in less than hour due to other preexisting appt. Nick was able to use his magic to help me get my vehicle in under an hour and i made it to my daughter's school on time.
