Helpful when I came in with spare after flat tire I really appreciated my service from Dan Martini at Beaverton Toyota when I came back from a trip with my spare after flat tire. Even though they were I really appreciated my service from Dan Martini at Beaverton Toyota when I came back from a trip with my spare after flat tire. Even though they were very busy the late afternoon I came in (and couldn't schedule an appointment), Dan took time to look at my spare, and showed me that the person (a kind citizen on the oregon coast) who put on our spare put the nuts on backwards and fixed that for me. He also took my flat tire so that the service department could look at it and determine the issue while I went on with my day. He called me that same afternoon with a quote and information on my flat tire issue. It turned out the tire was fine, but the wheel had bent from the large pothole I hit. The next morning they were able to fit me in with the wheel replaced (but keeping the tire) and since I was close enough to my next toyota care visit, they did that too all in the same visit. :-) I loved that I was able to work on my laptop and connect to internet while having breakfast while my car was being serviced. More

My only concern is that I sometimes feel that "future service items need attention" is a catch-all phrase that does not adequately justify why the procedure is required, especially when the Toyota Service Manual does not call for it. Maint Needed light not reset I was told when we got there it might be a little long because an employee's wedding and you were short handed. My wife had an appointment 15 m after mine, however you had no record. You were not going to service, but she found confirmation email. When my service light was not reset it makes me wonder what else was not done. More
