If it wears out fast again then that tells me Toyota parts are cheep. As far as Brian he's a very good advisor and I enjoy talking to him every time I come in to have my car serviced and lets me know what items I need to have attended to on the car. More

Celso Olivas - Best Salesperson in the Business I recently purchased a '15 RAV4 Limited. I love the car. Toyota's are well known for their quality and performance. What made this an entirely diff I recently purchased a '15 RAV4 Limited. I love the car. Toyota's are well known for their quality and performance. What made this an entirely different experience was the salesperson, Celso Olivas. He was a breath of fresh air in the car business. He is so personable and never came on too strong. He listened to my needs and we found the car that would work for me. The time I spent working with him on the paperwork was actually enjoyable. We all know that the process is typically long and debilitating. Celso was easy to understand and answered all of my questions about the different options, without hesitation. I had never leased a car before and had many questions about the pros and cons of purchasing vs leasing. He answered each one with ease and I never had the feeling that he wanted me to hurry up and sign. He wanted me to be satisfied before I signed anything. That is very unusual. I never felt like a number. I normally don't write reviews, but because of the great customer service from Celso I wanted to write this one. I am recommending Celso to all my friends and to all of you reading this. If you want a new Toyota or a used car from their extensive selection, walk into the showroom and ask for Celso.
