Best car salesperson I have dealt with I came to this dealership only because they had a car I thought I wanted that was not available in any other dealership for hundreds of miles. I was I came to this dealership only because they had a car I thought I wanted that was not available in any other dealership for hundreds of miles. I was so happy that I was assigned to Nova Kunukau. She was amazing. She is pretty new at the dealership. I don't know if others at this dealership are like her, but I would certainly hope so. Nova was very responsive to my concerns and took the time to help me with every question I had and everything I needed. She gave me time to make a decision I was comfortable with. She told me about all the options, yet did not pressure me (which was good, because I'm not sure I would have purchased the car if she had). When mistakes were found on the forms I was signing, she immediately dealt with them. And when I got home and had a question and emailed her, she called me to respond to the question. It's nice to know that car dealers have people who don't conform to the stereotyped car salesperson. The process took a little longer than the dealership seems to advertise, but I guess they were very busy when I happened in (Nova did not take any longer than necessary with the process). More

We call ahead and talk to the same service worker because he is honest and very informative about the work and services our truck needs. It never feels like he is pushing us to buy parts or services.
