Never Again I recently bought a car from here. My buying experience was fine, I've experience better, but it's after I drove the car off the lot that problems sta I recently bought a car from here. My buying experience was fine, I've experience better, but it's after I drove the car off the lot that problems started happening. For starters I was only given one key for the car, no spare. The salesperson said next time I was in Beaverton to stop by and they'd make me an additional one for no charge. A couple weeks after buying the car I received a call from the dealership saying they needed more money from me because they forgot to factor in county costs. They told me they had gone ahead and paid the $600 to the county so they could release my license plates and that I just needed to pay them back. When I called I asked if it was possible to get them to send me a spare key at their cost, since I was having to come up with $600 for their mistake. I was told that was not the company policy and I would have to go to a dealership to pay for a new one. The next day I called to see what was holding up my license plates since my temporary one expires in 2 days. They told me they had been waiting for my payment to put the order in and that I wouldn't get my plates for 4 days. I'll be sure my friends and family never purchase a car from here. More

Dan is very genuine and when you are making such a big decision it's nice to know that he is truly looking out for your best interest. You can't say that about many sales people out there. He is incredibly kind and also very honest with the best options for your vehicle. More

I'd been to a neighboring dealer and was so fed up by their tactics and outright lies that I literally walked out. I flat-out love Toyotas and own two so we went online to find the nearest dealer - and voila! We met sales person Celso Olivas who was a breath of fresh air after all the BS from the other places. Two hours later my daughter drove away in a great car with all service records and a great loan for me. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Cesio and this dealership! It's gorgeous, well-run, has fabulous service facilities and great sales people. More
