Friendly, helpful, responsive When I went to Beaverton Toyota, I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I looked online at other makes and dealerships but had previously had a Toyota Camr When I went to Beaverton Toyota, I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I looked online at other makes and dealerships but had previously had a Toyota Camry and thought I'd take a look at Beaverton Toyota at the recommendation of a friend. I was met by a smiling Wasif Syed, who listened with curiosity to what my needs were in a car and my price range. He found me the perfect fit. I ended up with a Prius...a car I didn't think I could afford but always dreamed of owning! And he helped me with the paperwork and followup details promptly. I'm very happy with my experience at Beaverton Toyota. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And they have a great waiting room! More

Great Customer Service as ALWAYS!!! I recently went in for a service on my 2013 Toyota Rav4 and like always they met up to their reputation. I continue to go back there because they tre I recently went in for a service on my 2013 Toyota Rav4 and like always they met up to their reputation. I continue to go back there because they treat me like a human and nit like another number. There is MANY different places I could go to in this city, but I keep coming back there because of the way I'm treated. Customer Service is a dying art these days as many other places hire people who don't care about their job and that attitude gets passed onto the customer. EVERY TIME I've been there, the staff was friendly and actually smiles, from the greeter who politely opened my door and welcomed me there to the person who shook my hand (Dan Martini) and actually thanked me for the business upon returning my keys so I could leave. Thank you Russ for keeping your dealership filled with friendly people who actually care about their job. It shows BIG TIME and thats why I keep coming back to do my service there. This is the 5th car in over 20+ years that sent there and I've NEVER been let down, NOT ONCE!!!!! Keep being you and Thank you for actually caring... More
A dealership as it should be We took our 2013 Prius Plug In for service and as usual were treated like Royalty. Cory Battan was our service writer and he was excellent.We waited f We took our 2013 Prius Plug In for service and as usual were treated like Royalty. Cory Battan was our service writer and he was excellent.We waited for our car to be done and it ws 15 minutes earlier than promised. Cory reviewed each item on our service list as well as every item on the inspectin report. And on top of all this, we had coffee and a doughnut "on the house". It is a beautiful facility and the employees are curteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Cory was outstanding... he could not have done more to help us on this visit More

My fiance went with me, and we had a great time working with Ron and checking out all of the incredible assortment of models on the Beaverton Toyota lot.
