Friendly people. Great waiting area! I paid for additional warranty / service. I enjoy the pre paid services. I am not sure I got a good value for what the additional warranty service I paid for additional warranty / service. I enjoy the pre paid services. I am not sure I got a good value for what the additional warranty service was priced at. Toyota Prius plug-in has had no issues out side of the standard warranty period. More

nail in the tire of my new 2015 rav4 I bought my car a little over a week ago and driving yesterday on the freeway a light on my dash came on letting me know there was air pressure issue I bought my car a little over a week ago and driving yesterday on the freeway a light on my dash came on letting me know there was air pressure issue in my tire. I drove in monday July 13 morning and the service dept. was full of cars. I was in a panic on my way to work, already late and Andrew could see how important that my tire just get fixed and get me on my way. He called the shop and talked to one of the service guys and drove my car in himself while I waited. Less than an hour later my car was ready, tire fixed and I was on my way. I really appreciated the customer service Andrew gave me in a fix on a monday morning. More
