Excellent Service Buying your first car can be pretty overwhelming. I myself didn't really know what to expect and was pretty intimidated by the initial "sticker shock" Buying your first car can be pretty overwhelming. I myself didn't really know what to expect and was pretty intimidated by the initial "sticker shock" upon browsing the inventory at this dealership. However, after careful consideration, I went from wanting to buy a used car for 8K to buying a brand new Toyota Corolla LE for $17K, and I don't regret my choice at all. The service was excellent. Mike Hamilton was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He didn't pressure my into buying a new car, and was very patient when I was hesitant. He broke down all the numbers for me, gave me his personal recommendations, and was completely understanding when I had to come back in the next day to turn in the last of my paperwork. Thought I would give it a shot before heading to Wilsonville and am I glad I did! I worked with Kevin Haines. Kevin is knowledgable and professional yet completely made me feel at ease. He did not make me feel bad when I had to leave for an appointment but instead gave me his number and set up a time for my return. I appreciated that. Service Manager - Edward Zeissler I took my car in for its 10,000 mile service appointment. Ed was the service representative who handled my car. I had a question about a smell in the I took my car in for its 10,000 mile service appointment. Ed was the service representative who handled my car. I had a question about a smell in the car, and he was able to identify the problem and demonstrate what I needed to do to correct it. I also asked him about a dent on my car and procedures for having it repaired. He told me how to get that set up at the service center. Then while I was waiting he came in and showed me another dent all along the side of my car that I hadn't noticed as it was on the passenger side. I appreciated his care of my vehicle and his high level of service. My car was back to me within 30 minutes. I had a great experience at the dealership and felt cared for by Ed. MaryKate More
