First, having done my research, I knew they were the best price in the metro area. I also read other reviewers and was impressed by their reputation. And their committment to our environment with the the many eco features in the building also deserves kudos. What I appreciated most was Dave's time, knowledge, and patience which all added up to making this a great time. Maybe I won't wait 15 years before I buy my next car. Great experience - I'm a happy customer I just purchased a new Tacoma Prerunner and it was the nicest experience I've had buying a new car (this is my fourth). My salesperson, Taylor Robins I just purchased a new Tacoma Prerunner and it was the nicest experience I've had buying a new car (this is my fourth). My salesperson, Taylor Robins, very extremely polite, personable, and worked hard to get the paperwork flowing smoothly. Taylor is new at the car sales business, but he has all of the 'right stuff' to qualify as a pro. I found Beaverton Toyota by searching for new vehicles online and they have a great vehicle data site that is great for an information-junky like me. Kaitlin McCarthy reached out via email very quickly and set up a test-drive for the very next day after my request. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready (early) and everything went well. All of the other folks (Joe and Ryan) involved made the deal go through quickly and without hassle or up-sell. They also handled my trade-in very effectively and fairly, and I got the price I expected from my own internet research. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend Beaverton Toyota, especially Taylor Robins, to anyone interested in buying a new car. I went there with the typical dread of high pressure-sales and long delays, but I was happily surprised and very satisfied after a well-spent afternoon, ending up with a great truck. Thanks! More

A Girl's New Trail Premium 4Runner I had a great experience at Beaverton Toyota! I was purchasing my first car by myself, and was a little nervous about "pushy salesmen. My salesperson, Chelsey, was amazing! She was extremely attentive, but gave me privacy when I needed to make a call. Also, the rest of the staff were friendly, and I was asked if I was "doing ok or needed help" multiple times. I must say, as a single girl walking into a dealership to buy her first car, this dealership provided the perfect environment and knowledgeable people to help make decisions. Also, their "no- haggle" pricing made it very easy! I was prepared to "haggle" a little, as my family has always done, but Beaverton's price actually beat the other "haggling" dealerships that had given me a quote on a new Trail Premium 4Runner. All in all, I was extremely pleased with my experience. From the friendly voice on the phone when I called to check inventory of a 4Runner, to the buying process and decision making, and then finally driving away with the most beautiful, new SUV, Beaverton Toyota went above and beyond!
