With her help, the purchase process was quick and easy and she even got. Me a latte while I waited. I purchased the car for my husband's birthday, and Nancy went the extra mile by putting a big red ribbon on the hood of the truck. It was such a fun surprise and Nancy made it happen. As someone who asks a million (okay, maybe not a million) questions, is very cautious about spending money/commiting to monthly payments, and takes a long time to make important decisions, I can only say that Graylin is one of the most patient salesmen I have ever met. He is also friendly, calm, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and made absolutely sure that every one of my questions was answered. The transaction went very smoothly and I now have a new car that I love! As mentioned above, this is the 3rd Toyota that I have bought from Beaverton Toyota.
