I have never been treated so great. I purchased a used 2008 Nissan Altima. At the beginning I noticed some problems with the car that David Stephens help me to address. The service department bent over backwards to attempt to troubleshoot this issue but could not resolve it. Finally after over a month of trying to get the problem resolved, Josh Ford the Sales Director asked how he could help and suggested that I return the vehicle. Their response was phenomenal. Returned all of the money and purchased out the loan and set me up with a new vehicle lease -Toyota Prius- with 2 years service added. I sure that most might see this as a normal response but it really was the kindness that sold me on this dealership. I was truly treated with a level of dignity that has never been extended to me from a car dealership before. My sincere thanks to the men and women of this dealership. More

Tarren Lewis went the extra mile, literally. I had scheduled a test drive of a car I found online. When I arrived at the lot, Tarren apologized that the car was at another location being cleaned. He offered me a meal while I waited for the car to be transferred from the other location. Shortly there after, Tarren apologized again that the car was still not ready. He offered to contact me the following day and would pick me up from home. This would allow me to do the test drive without having to travel out to the lot again. Tarren called as he said he would, and arrived at my home to let me do the test drive. I was very impressed with the wonderful condition of the car. I eventually ended up purchasing the 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid, which was in my price range. No tricks or haggling. Walked out happy and refreshed! More
