Kyle and Tarren were very patient and helpful as we weighed the options (new/used/lease) and came back on multiple visits. James was very knowledgeable and we appreciated his help checking in with us and running the numbers throughout the process. Only opportunity for improvement would be a better system to find cars out on the multiple lots around the dealership. Some cars that were listed had actually already been sold and the ones we were interested were sometimes hard to locate between the main lot and the overflow lot. We did not work with Brian Spears this visit, but he has serviced my car in the past and I found him to be excellent to work with and will definitely request him at future service appointments. More
