Great Title Clerk Service I bought a used non-Toyota vehicle, and the car itself is great. I flew in from out-of-state to get the car, and had communicated with the salesperson I bought a used non-Toyota vehicle, and the car itself is great. I flew in from out-of-state to get the car, and had communicated with the salesperson numerous times before arriving. I secured my own financing but the salesperson insisted that she needed complete financial information from me (she didn't). I was also frustrated that she didn't run any paperwork by me for review in advance (got copies from my bank) and wouldn't listen when I asked her to add my husband to the sales paperwork. Once at the dealership, I was told the title could not be given to me directly when I picked up the car and signed paperwork, that it had to be sent directly to my DMV. Once I confirmed with my DMV that they don't accept title paperwork directly from the dealer, I called and emailed the written confirmation to the salesperson. She confirmed she received it and forwarded it to her title clerk, but after hearing nothing for several days, I called the title clerk directly. She had never received the info from the salesperson. The title clerk was very courteous and apologized for the confusion, and then sent my title overnight to me. I would recommend this dealership if you are an Oregon resident and if you work with a more experienced salesperson. More

Great experience! We were looking for a certified pre-owned Prius and had emailed a few times back and forth with Kaitlin. She was very attentive to our criteria. We then scheduled a test drive online and Kevin was our salesperson. The car we test drove was 5 years old with 71,000 miles on it, but it was spotless. They really made the car attractive for our test ride. Kevin knew a lot about all the special features of this car and was able to explain them all. We never felt any pressure, but to be honest, this car sold itself too. During the sale, Kevin was very helpful explaining what was next and what each form was for (they aren't quite paperless, but almost!). It was an easy deal. This dealer has a no-haggle price policy, so that certainly made it easy too. The price was very fair, below Kelley Blue Book, as we had done our homework on that. I would definitely recommend this dealer for your next car. On a side note, we take our other cars there for service and find that to be a smooth process as well. More

I really liked the one-stop setup where Ashlee took care of my paperwork, communication, appraisal of my trade-in and basically she helped me from hello to the final handshake.
