I really liked the one-stop setup where Ashlee took care of my paperwork, communication, appraisal of my trade-in and basically she helped me from hello to the final handshake. I will purchase again from Beaverton and will refer anyone who is looking for a professional Toyota Dealer and an honest set and upfront sell price. He was very helpful (and patient) helping me locate just the right car for me. I told him that when my son was ready to get his first car, I would be back. I went back last weekend! Though my son fell in love with a beautiful Honda Civic, it was a little above what I wanted to spend. Richard found what he and I thought was the perfect back-up...a 2005 Toyota Prius Wagon. Much more reasonable and responsible. Unfortunately, my teenage son didn't love it. We returned the car to Richard the following day and he found the perfect compromise. A 2007 Toyota Camry that my son loves. Thank you, Richard! More

Once I decided on a car, it took exactly 30 minutes from me saying "Sell me this car" until ALL of the paperwork was done! (No financing was involved so that made it easier, your experience may vary). I waited exactly another 30 minutes for the service crew to finish getting it all cleaned up and ready to go. Tony explained options and costs, but I really felt he left me in control of all of the decisions and didn't push me to spend extra that I didn't want to. I had a great experience and highly recommend both Tony and Beaverton Toyota. More
