I was there for almost four hours and have never had a car purchase experience take this long. He was knowledgeable about the cars, the products offered by Toyota and even saved me money by checking on a warranty I had on my previous car. I appreciate all the care he put into making sure I walked out with what I wanted. And a total of 3 hours with a few test drives I appreciate that it didn't take up my whole Sunday!
