We had read about their new no haggle, work with one person and get the deal done in one hour policy and were excited to test it out. We asked to work with the salesman that sold us our last car, Andrew Hudson, but he had since been promoted to manager. So, he set us up with one of the salesmen from his team, Tony Hossini. Tony did a terrific job of listening to us and got us the vehicle we wanted, quickly and without any hassles, despite a couple of last minute changes we through at him. Even with Tony having to run to the satellite lot, twice, to get us the exact style we wanted, we were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Couple that great sales experience with the equally great service department experiences we have always had, and you have the ideal place to buy and maintain a vehicle. Great job to all! More

So we came to Beaverton Toyota and were surprised at how easy and quick they made it. Tony Hossini was very patient with us! Even after our third visit, he was never rushing us. Just made us feel comfortable through out the process. From the first visit to us driving away in our new Toyota, we always felt we were getting honest service which is what creates a loyal customer! You will be very happy if you work with Neal Tykwinski. I knew what car I wanted, but had many options as far as dealerships were concerned. I actually walked off several lots due to "hard sell." The new car was important but the experience with Neal was the best I have ever had!!! He is such a nice guy, very honest, and made it very convenient to do the paper work, while I was working, and final paper work after my workday was over.. I would give Neal Tykwinski a 10 out of 10. The dealership can improve a bit, but Neal is still going to make things happen. More
Loving my FR-S I started my car buying experience by first contacting my bank & making sure that i would qualify for the loan, so i knew that i was going to be buyi I started my car buying experience by first contacting my bank & making sure that i would qualify for the loan, so i knew that i was going to be buying my first & hopefully last new car. I knew that i wanted a Scion FR-S or Subaru BRZ, so i got on the phone and started calling local dealerships looking for a black on black version of the car. I contacted a sales representative at Beaverton Toyota named Ashlee, & she was very helpful trying to find the black 6 speed version i was looking for. She informed me that there was a raisin ( almost black ) paddle xxxx FR-S & a white FR-S 6 speed in the lot. I told her that i realy wanted a black one & told her that i might come look at the white one, but was gonna call around. I called Subaru explained what i was looking for and the sales representative told me that he did'nt know if they had one & that he'd take a look & call me back. (still hav'nt heard back). As i sat around waiting for the call back, i could'nt sit still, knowing that i would finally be getting out of my money pit of a 87 Ford Bronco. So I decided to head out and check the dealerships personally. Beaverton Toyota is only a mile or two from my house, so i decided i should go check out the white one just to see if it was something that would make me happy. As put the key in my Bronco i knew that the color of the vehicle was not as important to me as the 6-speed manual gearbox & that getting out of my money pit Bronco was the most important thing of all to me. So i decided then & there that i was going to buy the white one & that i wanted in & out as quickly as possible. I had worked as a janitor for a car dealship in my late teens, so i knew that the next few hours were going to suck & that along with the stress of going thru financing i was going to have to deal with some shady salesman. I'm not really a people person. So because i had already spoken to Ashlee on the phone & she had gone out of her way to help me, & had spoken to me directly & respectfully, I decided i wanted her to have my sale. I guess if anything was bad that day, it was what happened next. I parked the truck in their lot & headed up to the showroom to buy my new car. As i walked up to the door a salesman opened the door for me with the "hello sir" greeting, followed by a big friendly smile, but the second i asked for Ashlee, he let go of the door and walked away without a word. After he made it a few feet, he did look to the receptionist & tell her I was looking for Ashlee. So i guess he was pissed that someone else was getting the sale, but he's lucky i was in such a good mood, otherwise I would've had a few choice words for him. The receptionist paged her & she promptly came out said Hello, asked for my drivers license, so she could copy it before the test drive & i guess to also make sure that if i took off with her & the car the police would know who i was & how to hunt me down. I was so nervous, because this was a huge thing for me, that i had'nt really paid attenion to what was going on. So she came back with my license, keys in hand and said lets go test drive the car. Ever since i had seen the FR-S & BRZ on BBC Top Gear, i knew i wanted that car. So it threw her off a little when i said that there was no need for a test drive & that i wanted to buy it right now. I told Ashlee that i wanted to make this as quick as possible, so i could enjoy the rest of the beautiful day falling in love with my FR-S on a beach road trip. Ashlee had told me that Beaverton Toyota was one of those dealerships that does'nt negotiate price & that the sticker price was what i would be paying, which took away one uncomfortable part of buying a car. We sat down & she went into her sales pitch. trying to get me to buy extras. Which is obviously how she makes her money off the sale. I told her that i was a tightwad & was'nt going to be purchasing any extras. Even though she new she was'nt going to be making the big $$$ off me she got straight to work helping me get out & on the road as quick as she could. She was even kind enough to let me sit outside and chain smoke while the paperwork was being done, walking out to me numerous times to sign this paper or that. When she came out with the paper work for the different amounts i could pay per month & for however many years, she tried once more to sell me on the extra coverage. I asked her directly if that was how she made her money off the sale & she was honest & told me yes. Because she had been so helpful, respectful & honest, and also because a little extra coverage could'nt hurt, I told her I'd do it. She earned it. I was in & out of the dealership in record time, with the car that i would learn later is the car of my dreams. So thank you!, Ashlee Cleveland & thank you! Fair, low pressure , and exceptional My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle. I saw that Beaverton Toyota Scion had great prices on line, so we decided to check it out. My wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle. I saw that Beaverton Toyota Scion had great prices on line, so we decided to check it out. Once there we were greeted by an awesome Toyota employee named Greg Parker. Greg made us feel relaxed and took the time to show us many great options. He went out of his way to find us what we needed.Greg told us that at Beaverton Toyota Scion their prices are all fixed which brought the stress level down even more! Lessens the external stress that can sometimes accompany such a major decision in ones life. Everything was very well explained to us and left no stone un-turned. Its quite common for people to feel isolated when making these types of decisions. Not here. Very warm and welcoming and made us feel at ease to ask any questions. There can be a tendency to allow things to go through without understanding too much of it. They made sure that we understood exactly what was needed from us. I cannot stress enough how much you should head on over to these guys and allow them to take you through the process. If I knew purchasing a car was this smooth I would have done it sooner. Absolutely top notch! More

The initial sales person was not particularly great, but we got handed off to Kevin Haines and he was FABULOUS. Very knowledgeable, knew how stuff worked in the vehicle (unlike the first salesman), or on the rare occasion he didn't, he found out. He was willing to spend as much time with us as necessary. He was cheerful and genuine. He didn't give us a snow job or tell us things that weren't true, and didn't give us the "easy" answer. He found stuff out, gave us options, and was endlessly patient with me (picky about details) and my spouse (indecisive about color). He came in on his day off for me to complete a purchase and take delivery of the first car. And he still spent loads of time with me. We had such a good experience with him that we went back a month later and bought a second car from him. (We hadn't intended to replace our other car that soon, but it just worked out and we knew Kevin would be helpful even if we just came to look.) I've always hated buying cars - I always feel like I get rooked or that sales people lie through their teeth. This was the first time I didn't feel that way. You won't find a better sales person than Kevin. More
