My first experience was in 2007 and when I made the decision to get a new car I didn't even consider going to another dealership or sales person. Tony listens to you and then finds the car. A few easy and expedient process. When I am ready to purchase a new car in a few years time it will be at Beaverton Toyota and Tony will be my sales person. More
A bad situation made better by a great salesman. We bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee here about two weeks ago, and with it a service contract. Two days after the purchase, the engine began running roug We bought a 2000 Jeep Cherokee here about two weeks ago, and with it a service contract. Two days after the purchase, the engine began running rough and the check engine light came on. The computer codes were P0304, P0303, and P0300. A search of the forums suggested checking the spark plugs and coil pack. I checked the spark plugs and the electrodes on all six were nearly gone. Easy fix, I'm handy enough with a wrench to do basic maintenance. Swap out the plugs, clear the codes, and the problem seems to be done. Later that same day, it's running rough again, and the codes are back. I call the service center at Beaverton Toyota, they tell me to take it to Northwest Jeep for service. At this point, a long, drawn out, and very protracted series of problems with the service contract company start. On the phone most of the day for nearly a week between the dealership and the service contract company, Ron is the on person that stayed on top of his end of the process, and the only person that I felt really had my back. So, thanks Ron for making me feel like I had bought a car from someone that actually cared about me. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle seek him out, he'll have your back. More

Go see John Holler in the service department I used to hate going to the service department at Beaverton Toyota. I couldn't get anyone to make an appointment for me. They wouldn't take my money. The changed up how they did the paperwork every time I visited, "...no, you take the paperwork to the service advisor to pay." Next time, ",,,no, you take the paperwork to the cashier to pay..." I always felt like crap when I left there. I was lucky enough to meet John Holler in the service department. He pays attention to me. He looks me in the eye. He remembers my and my wife's names. He will stop and talk for a minute. He offers opinions about how to maintain the car and what to do next. He is what I expect from a service advisor or customer service rep. John has changed my opinion of Beaverton Toyota. We love our Scion tC. When it comes time for a new car, we'll most likely be looking at Toyotas again. More

I wasn't necessarily looking to buy that day but had more curiosity and time. I ended up talking with Ron Chirrick that day. Ron was more than willing to answer my questions and concerns even after I disclosed I was more looking than buying. It was a refreshing experience to not have a salesman tying to push you into a deal that you might not be ready for. Beaverton Toyota and Ron will get my business when I decide to upgrade to the Tundra. Thanks for making car shopping not so a dreadful experience. More
