Go see John Holler in the service department I used to hate going to the service department at Beaverton Toyota. I couldn't get anyone to make an appointment for me. They wouldn't take my money. The changed up how they did the paperwork every time I visited, "...no, you take the paperwork to the service advisor to pay." Next time, ",,,no, you take the paperwork to the cashier to pay..." I always felt like crap when I left there. I was lucky enough to meet John Holler in the service department. He pays attention to me. He looks me in the eye. He remembers my and my wife's names. He will stop and talk for a minute. He offers opinions about how to maintain the car and what to do next. He is what I expect from a service advisor or customer service rep. John has changed my opinion of Beaverton Toyota. We love our Scion tC. When it comes time for a new car, we'll most likely be looking at Toyotas again. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE! I came in looking at the new Tundra, I drive a Nissan Titan and was curious about the difference between the two manufacturers. I wasn't necessarily looking to buy that day but had more curiosity and time. I ended up talking with Ron Chirrick that day. Ron was more than willing to answer my questions and concerns even after I disclosed I was more looking than buying. It was a refreshing experience to not have a salesman tying to push you into a deal that you might not be ready for. Beaverton Toyota and Ron will get my business when I decide to upgrade to the Tundra. Thanks for making car shopping not so a dreadful experience. More
