By the time I was ready to return, Mike's shift was about to end but he had no problem staying later to finish the deal. (I was in a little bit of hurry to lease a new car ahead of starting a new job). Just when I thought we were settled on purchasing options that were within my budget, Mike comes back and said his manager wants me to have a good first experience. By slightly lowering my rate and giving me some nice discounts, he included some theft and cosmetic protection I had previously declined at an even lower monthly payment. To keep me further within my budget, and because I need to return for some all weather mats, they increased my trade-in value by another $300 above their original offer that I already found generous. Their finance guy I spoke to briefly was also great but I cannot recall his name at this time. More

After a week of researching, I scheduled an appointment with Jeff to test drive a few different models. The majority of the time was spent asking questions about the newer updated features. Jeff was very patient with me and my numerous questions. It takes me a long time to make a decision, weighing every possible option. Jeff did not push me into a sale, allowing me the time I needed. After a hard decision, I chose to purchase a new Corolla for the advanced safety features. When I purchased my 2001 Corolla, it was a little stressful and tiring. During this second purchase, I was very relaxed and the process seemed much simpler. More
