The experience was night and day different, we left the Beaverton dealership very happy customers with a new vehicle. We were amazed at how different the experience could be between dealers. A great car buying experience I usually HATE buying a car and avoid it at all costs. However I recently visited this dealership with my 86 year old father in tow in an attempt to buy a seven passenger Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We were greeted right away. I doubted they would have the vehicle, because no dealer did from the Oregon Coast all through parts of Washington State. David Stephens was our salesman, and said they did indeed have one on the lot. We did a test drive and we were sold! This dealership and its sales personnel are the easiest and friendliest I ever dealt with. David was very knowledgable about the vehicle and showed quite a bit of patience with our questions about the car and our ever changing list of options we wanted to add. This dealership is very straight forward and honest. Believe it or not I actually enjoyed the experience, and will always recommend this dealership to all who are looking to buy or sell a vehicle. From my salesperson, Kevin Haines, to Marshall at Toyota Car Rental to Jeremy who gave me a ride home - they patiently answered all of my questions and explained the features and benefits of the Toyota vehicles I was interested in. Kevin showed me different vehicles and and I was able to test drive them. He made me feel comfortable and under no pressure, even when I wanted to take a few weeks to consider my options. To top it off, Beaverton Toyota is LEED Certified and they give back to the community by supporting the Humane Society and other organizations. I am very happy with my 2015 Toyota RAV4 and look forward to the same level of excellent service when I bring it in for maintenance. More

When I arrived at the lot I was able to look for the trucks on my own and not feel pressured t this was the best car buying experience I have had yet. Although I was passed up by another salesman at first and began to feel like I was going to have to find someone willing to help me, i'm now glad I was. Hasan caught me out of the corner of his eye on his way to meet his son for lunch. After asking and realizing I hadn't been helped yet he promptly called his son and cancelled their lunch. When we sat down to talk about prices I was pleased to see that he gave me multiple options with my best interests in mind. I went in with a set limit in mind and not only did they meet that number but got much more included. I will be back in the future and have already been recommending him to the people at work. More
