As we have discussed, Scion is advertised nationally as "build it with the accessories you want and the nothing you don't. Build just the way you like it" We apologize that at the time of sale, when your brother/salesman offered you the navigation, you had no need for it and declined it. However, we feel it to be unfair that now when you have a need for navigation, you claim poor customer service when you are unable to get the product at the original offered price.
