Poorest customer service So here is my story, I purchased a new scion back in July last year. At the time Navigation was not an issue, but it should have been put in the XB 10 So here is my story, I purchased a new scion back in July last year. At the time Navigation was not an issue, but it should have been put in the XB 10.0 Release Series, sense there was only 1500 of them being sold for 4000 to 5000 more then the base price. Anyway even though I mentioned it to people at the dealership they just passed it off. Fast forward to today, with having a driving job, my phone has become unreliable for directions. I reached out to ask for help in getting the navigation but only received the poorest customer service. If your looking for bad customer service ask for the management. Don't get me wrong, their Service department is great with some of the best service writers. Like my guy Nick Ward, if you need someone good to go to. More
