When my wife and I decided we were going to take our tax return and buy a car, we initially went the Craigslist route but couldn't find a used Prius that was new enough to have the features we wanted but not utterly out of budget. We found a car we liked on the web site and I contacted them. We went out there a couple of days later, firmly ready to buy if we were treated well and if we could get what we wanted for our trade in. We paid, almost to the dollar, exactly what we were hoping to pay for a 2006 Prius that is in astoundingly good shape. Our salesperson was friendly, courteous, and wasn't pushy at all. The test drive was great, every single person we interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely pleased we were shopping there. We got the trade-in on a 15 year old Audi A4 that we needed to make the car affordable we drove off in our new car almost exactly three hours after walking in the door. This was a truly wonderful buying experience far less painful than I had anticipated it being and when my wife is out of graduate school and we are ready to buy our first brand new car, we will most definitely return to this dealership. More

Jeff worked with me to find the right car...and then I disappeared on him for four months (lost my job and had to wait on buying a new car). He checked in a couple times, over the months, but never pestered. When I popped back up, he jumped right back into finding me the best car at a good price with the right financing for me. I got a great car and had a good time doing it. I don't think that's ever happened to me before! More

We began searching for a dealership that had the vehicle we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. We live in Salem, but found the car we wanted at a pretty good price at Beaverton Toyota. The kicker for us was a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. We decided to drive to Beaverton the next day and were matched up with Richard Kim. When we arrived, he was waiting for us and ready to go. He patiently demonstrated some of the features of the car prior to our test drive. When we returned and confirmed that we wanted to buy the car, he went over several options with us, but never pressured us into taking them. He went over our paperwork and noticed that something had been included that we did not want. He immediately pointed it out and had the paperwork corrected for us. We really appreciated his honesty. I've never enjoyed car shopping, but this was a very pleasant experience for us. Thank you, Richard! More

Richard carefully reviewed my financial situation and was very attuned to what I was interested in getting that day. He found my ideal car, in my ideal price range and immediately set it up for a test drive. I was so impressed with his workmanship and attention to detail. He promised me a deal that he immediately found I qualified for, not a penny more. He was exceptionally patient and answered every one of my questions thoroughly. When it came to the end of the deal he actually had gassed up and vacuumed the car for me to drive off in that night! I was really impressed as well with the follow up phone call I received the next day to ascertain my satisfaction with the purchase. I'm over the moon for my new Prius, all thanks to Richard! More

They were kind enough to allow us to take the car home that evening so we could check it out in the morning. After finding a drip in the oil pan, torn seats, crooked alignment, and a handful of other visual flaws we decided to negotiate the repairs into the price. After we talked to Tim Wilson and Toyota told us they would fix the car and get it running like new again, we came to agreement and we were promised our new car! Just five hours before we were scheduled to come finalize payment and pick up our car, they sold it to someone else. The salesman gave me an entire speech on his honsety and integrity and he seemed genuine, but actions often speak louder than words. I have never been screwed over by a dealer this badly before. I tired getting in touch with the sales manager Brian, but he seems to be conveniently unavailable and unable to return calls. Extremely disappointed in Toyota, Tim, and the dealership. I thought we were going to be enjoying our new car right now, but now I'm exactly where I started, looking for cars and being weary of used car salesmen. More
Best Car Buying Experience I have had I went in on a Saturday after looking at Beaverton Toyota's website. I had spoken with Keith Sablan a few times back and forth before I went in and he I went in on a Saturday after looking at Beaverton Toyota's website. I had spoken with Keith Sablan a few times back and forth before I went in and he had a good idea of the type of car I was looking for. I originally went in to look at an 2007 Kia Optima that they had and as it turns out it had actually sold the night before. Keith looked and found other cars that they had that were similar in price range and mileage that I had expressed I was looking for. He found an 2005 Toyota Camry that had less than 70k miles and just under $10 Grand. He let us test drive it and I expressed that I wanted to go to another dealer and check out 1 more car. He offered to let us drive the Camry to the other dealer and compare them side by side. When we got there, the other car had actually sold the night before also. Overall it was for the best, because for the price and mileage, the Camry was the best deal but wanted to check just to be sure. Keith and the dealership were great. It was one of the easiest and quickest experience we had. Keith was the only one we had to deal with, he put some gas in the car since it was on low, and also agreed to setup a time for me to bring the car back in and repair a minor chip in the windshield for free. No haggling, Keith was up front about everything and answered all of our questions. Very friendly and knowledgable and put myself and my family at ease with the entire experience. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would absolutely recommend not only Beaverton Toyota but also Keith Sablan to anyone looking for a new car. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and absolutely love my car! More
