Instead of pushing us to buy a certain style or make of a car, he listened to what our needs were and presented us with vehicles that helped meet those needs. He offered us several vehicles within in our budget, and gave us the time to make our decisions. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to get out of our lease early for a family move out of state. Beaverton Toyota was very understanding of our situation and gave us a great and fair deal for our vehicle; we were very satisfied. Good, straighforward dealership before and after sale Tyler was the rep who sold me my FJ. He has a good working relationship with the financing department and the service department so I was able to get Tyler was the rep who sold me my FJ. He has a good working relationship with the financing department and the service department so I was able to get approved in one smooth process. Later I had trouble with the front end and couldn't make any headway with the service department because the person handling my FJ was out sick for surgery. But Tyler happened to call and check on me to see how I was doing and when I explained what was going on, he got in touch with Rick in the service department and they worked together to get my FJ fixed and were able to ascertain that the repair was under warranty. So far, I am a very happy customer and reccomend Beaverton Toyota to everyone I know. I know also that a great deal depends on the people working there and I am very glad to have met the people I dealt with. Tyler is awesome and does his best to take care of you. More

After visiting other dealerships and comparing our options, it was Juan's no pressure and thorough service that made us choose Beaverton Toyota. We have a beautiful and reliable car, and feel we received a fair price. The only downside to the experience was in closing the deal. We arrived with financing in hand, the price was set with no negotiation (a HUGE selling point to me!) yet the process was nearly 3 hours to close, All the while, Juan was keeping us comfortable as they tried to find us the best rate possible. Would that stop us from returning to them? Nope! I will highly recommend Beaverton Toyota, and Juan Orozco to my friends and family. Thanks again Juan! More

Good Car Buying Experience We are so glad we chose Beaverton Toyota. We shopped around for a RAV4 for a few weeks comparing prices with Beaverton Toyota, and they were right whe We are so glad we chose Beaverton Toyota. We shopped around for a RAV4 for a few weeks comparing prices with Beaverton Toyota, and they were right when they said that no one can come close to their prices. We picked our car out online, went to the dealership, test drove the car and said, “We’ll take it.” There was no negotiating needed because the price they showed online was the best price around and that’s what we paid. We traded in our Honda Odyssey and received more for it than what we had expected. The sales and finance staff were friendly and informative; they clearly explained warranties. The only downside to the whole process was that it took 3 ½ hours from the time we sat down to do paperwork until we left with the RAV4; and there was no negotiating involved, it was all paperwork, which was time consuming. However, with that being said, it would not keep me from giving them a 5 star. I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota and will definitely be buying my next car from them in the future. Anyone who has ever bought a car knows it is not fun, but Beaverton Toyota approaches the whole car buying experience differently. More
