Purchase of pre-owned 2010 Toyota Sienna Limited AWD When we visited the dealer looking for a replacement pre-owned van for my wife we were assigned Wasif Syed as our sales representative. Even though the next two days were his normal time off, Wasif went out of his way to accommodate my wife's schedule so that she could view and test drive our vehicle of interest. We subsequently decided to purchase this van and again Wasif continued to be on top of the process to ensure availability, that all questions got answered and paper-work went smoothly (hats off to Brian in finance for procuring a very competitive interest rate as well and the two attendants in pre-delivery service that spent significant time helping us reconfigure the seating arrangement). I am also impressed that the dealership invested significant resources in bringing the van up to above market condition (including new brakes and top-line tires). More

Timely Service Completion Recall check on fuel delivery pipe was estimated at 1 hour. After 1:.45 hours went looking for service advisor. Not at his station. Fellow advisor Recall check on fuel delivery pipe was estimated at 1 hour. After 1:.45 hours went looking for service advisor. Not at his station. Fellow advisor checked computer order and reported car as complete and advisor must be getting the paper work. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally asked the cashier if she could help. She printed out paperwork and pointed out my vehicle in the parking lot. Expressed my irritation to cashier and she said would report to service manager. Never heard from anyone about poor service. Will never return. Not worth 30 mile round trip. More
