Service not performed I took my 2008 FJ Cruiser in to Beaverton Toyota because I bought it from them and thought they would take care of me. I needed a transmission flush I took my 2008 FJ Cruiser in to Beaverton Toyota because I bought it from them and thought they would take care of me. I needed a transmission flush and needed a vibration looked at. I said time and time again, I need a flush, not a drain and fill. I go the vehicle back after being assure that this service had been completed, only to see that the tech performed a drain and fill. I double checked by checking all my tranny cooler lines and none of which had been removed for a flush. ive never let anyone work on my car before and this was not a good first experience, I feel like I was ripped off after being charged for a transmission service ($280ish dollars) instead of a drain and fill ($160ish) after they told me they could do a flush or $180 then changing their mind after I showed up. Very disappointed More

They were very understanding and I had no pressure to buy at all. I hit the lot again the following weekend and just browsed around. A salesman who was there early gave me some answers about the Rav4 and I left again feeling a bit more confident about buying a Toyota. After a high pressure salesman at a Kia dealer and mind games, parlor tricks, and very high pressure at a Portland dealer, I returned to Beaverton Toyota and had Reza Gaspeed try to order a 2015 Rav4 XLE. Unfortunatly, I was asking for an odd duck and getting one ordered from the factory would take 3 months. I searched the inventory and returned once again to check out a 2015 Rav4 Limited which had a sale price that made it only $1000 more than I was going to pay, but with plenty of other great features. With such a good deal on a vehicle I wouldn't have to wait for and with the heated seats, softex, and nicer wheels, I still had them throw in the floor lighting, mudguards, door trim, alarm, and crossbars. Unfortunately due to a bankruptcy I wasn't able to finance through my credit union, but John Golden explained the process of leasing and worked to get me an affordable monthly payment that equated to the loan payments I would have had. I also got a guaranteed purchase price after the lease and I can say I am very happy with the deal, excited about the vehicle, and feel I have gotten a great deal with many modern features for just the right price. Beaverton Toyota has been the best auto buying experience I have ever had and I will return to them in decades to come for any new vehicle. More

He is very honest and costumer friendly. I even saved money by coupon offered to me otherwise I wouldn't know. It was a 2007 that could have easily passed for brand new it was so well taken care of and the detail job on it was flawless. George brought me a used one because he was aware of my budget and was so respectful of that. After only a 15 minute test drive I knew it was the right choice. Within an hour I was driving away in one of the nicest vehicles I've ever owned without a worry or financial regret. I also had a chance to visit with Rick Fernandez and he assured me that my new car will always be given the best service and if I need anything to always call him or George. I will most definitely return for any and all future purchases. These two gentlemen are top notch! More
