As I was signing papers, I saw him looking over and taking a towel to the car to make sure it was shined up right. I doubt I'll ever see a salesman care that much. There was no pressure to close the sale or hard up-selling to a more expensive vehicle that we didn't want. It was very sincere that he wanted us to get the car that we wanted. We were wavering, and Jeff recommended that we think it over and come back the following day or whenever we made a decision. My husband and I had some things to hash out, decided to purchase, and then went back the following day. They gave us a fair value on our trade in, and took us through the purchasing paperwork quickly and efficiently. They explained the value of the add-on packages, but did not pressure us to purchase them at all. The vehicle that we had decided on was just received and still had the protective shipping material on it. We made the decision after they had closed processing for the evening, and they had the car ready in all of its glory the next day before Noon. It was impressive! The process was so easy. I ended up buying a Rav4 at a really great price. Juan even helped me return my rental car to Enterprise. We also had great conversation. Several days ago as I was headed to work, I passed by Beaverton Toyota. Thought I might stop in, so I made the block. I got out of my car and started looking at the large inventory of cars. About 2 minutes later, I was approached by a salesman by the name of Tim Wilson. He asked me if I needed help. I didn't want to talk to a salesperson so I said I am just looking. He said 'No problem' and just said thanks for coming in. From there it was just small talk unrelated to cars !! he was very engaging with a smile that was genuine ! To make a long story short, I will be back because of Tim's No Pressure approach ! He destroyed the myth ! More
