Never go here for service. They will do a bad job then ghost you. I came here when there was an issue with the under lining of my vehicle. I knew that I might pay a little more coming to the dealership, but it was worth it to me because I trusted things to be done right. I was unfortunately very wrong. Instead, the work was done incorrectly and an entire piece fell off a few weeks later. Communication was terrible. I had to chase down my representative, who said they took no responsibility for the missing piece and I would have to pay for the entire part and service all over again. I tried reaching out to other reps and managers and was outright ignored. I went to a local place and they were able to fix Beaverton Toyota's mistake for a fraction of the cost. If you need work done, DON'T go here. Instead go to a local place with good reviews. More

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was Texting with a person named Teri. We discussed a Tacoma that was supposed to come in soon. I was going down there to put a deposit. I was told Teri just answer the phone and a guy named Tony was going to help me. I gave him the wrong stock number but then found the correct one. I wanted a hybrid but Tony wanted to sell me a regular truck. Tony took down the correct stock number and looked it up. Came out told me it was going to be 55k I told him I thought I saw 53k and before I can say anything else. This man yelled at me saying I’m accusing him of lying. At no time did I ever accuse him of lying. He continued to yell at me and insisted I called him a liar. I xxxx me off so bad. He could have just said I think you got the price mixed up or something in a nice tone. Never had I ever encountered a salesperson yelling at a customer. Goes in and tells his boss a different story. They act like I was stealing or something. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
In May Salesman James Irvine was dishonest, adding $4,665 to my loan after I told him NO OPTIONAL FEES. In June Manager Milo Stanich was dishonest and has been unresponsive in having this removed. This is st to my loan after I told him NO OPTIONAL FEES. In June Manager Milo Stanich was dishonest and has been unresponsive in having this removed. This is still unresolved. I wish I’d gone to a different Toyota dealership. More
