When I got there, I was approached by an older man with a smile and asked me what could he do for me. I told him that this would be the first time I had thoughts of looking into a Toyota. He said GREAT ! Let me help you with this. He suggested a Camry after I told him my wants and needs. We took it for a ride and 2 hours later I was driving home my first new Toyota !! I liked it even more the next day ! Thanks, Tim and Rob ! You were great . He has attained a lot of knowledge in the 7 years that he has been there. He walked us through the cars and the differences between the types of Priuses and never once made us feel pressured to accept a deal or go with a certain car. He was knowledgable and laughed with us through the test drive, all the while letting us take up a lot of his time to look at different models and options. In the end, they offered us a more than fair trade-in value for our well-used Subaru, as well as an incredibly low interest rate, so we took the deal. The finance guy was hilarious, friendly, and straightforward...again, no pressure to force us in to anything. We had a great experience here, and would recommend these guys to anyone looking at a Toyota. More
