He was extremely friendly and blew away the stereotype. He was extremely friendly and genuine. He wasn't trying to "sell" me anything but rather, answer my questions honestly and show me the cars that might fight what I'm looking for. After test driving the Prius and Tim answering my questions, I was leaning towards buying that instead of the luxury sedan. Tim did not pressure me in the least towards a decision. We discussed prices and he showed me many different options from the base model, to the Prius V. I told him I wasn't interested in all the bells and whistles of the V but only cared about leather. He told me I should go with the base model and can add leather as this would be the most cost effective for my needs. Not once did he try to up-sell me on the high models. I still wasn't sure what I wanted to do and asked him more questions about the various models etc. In the end, I purchased the fully loaded Prius V. My first new car purchase ever. I've looked at many cars over the last 20 years and dealt with many salesman. I've only purchased 3 cars from a dealer including this one. Of the dozens upon dozens of interactions I've had at dealerships, my interaction with Tim was hands down the best. In fact, that day I met with many other salesman at other dealerhips and Tim was the ONLY one who didn't pressure me at all. More
