We decided to buy it, the price seemed ok, when the number guys Andrew came with trade in numbers and the NO negotiation posture for a used car, unfortunately that was a deal breaker, so we decided to go else where, Stan walked us to the door and ask us if we were interested on other models, he even called the next day with more information, Stan likes his job and to do good by you. After searching online, and looking at 9 different Toyota dealerships, Beaverton Toyota was my choice to start my search. Nick Gunderson, the young man who was my sales rep, was a NO pressure salesman, friendly and professional right from the start. Darrin Grant, the finance man, went beyond my expectations with his end of the deal. Tim Wilson and Sherri at the front desk were also very helpful. He was very knowledgable about the cars and when he was unsure about an answer he immediately went to a manager to get that information. He was also very patient because we went to the dealership three times in one day and he did not complain once! We really felt that he cared about us and that made our experience so much better than going to the other car dealerships we went to. We were also helped by Mo, the financial advisor. He was very knowledgable as well and went through all of the details thoroughly. He did whatever he could to help us financially which was awesome. And he made sure to show us all of the available options. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience at Toyota Beaverton and we have already recommended this dealership to friends and family within the first day of purchasing our car.
