Worked with Jeffrey Hilderbrand over a 4 runner.. What started out as a hunt for a 4runner, ended up becoming a brand new Tacoma. While it isn't the dream truck (what is really short of perhaps a Maca What started out as a hunt for a 4runner, ended up becoming a brand new Tacoma. While it isn't the dream truck (what is really short of perhaps a Macan turbo?) it does fit the bill of off road ready mixed with decent on road etiquette. I wouldn't have known how pleasant Taco's would feel (amazing head room and the ability to stretch out legs for days and I am over 6 feet tall) had Jeff not spent the time and walked me through all they had; he literally showed me everything between the others lots as well exhaustively. He did an astounding job! And his person to person charm comes off completely effortlessly. The only disheartening part was the trade in value I got for my '13 ride as it was quite a bit lower than I expected. But that can be a very subjective topic depending on whom you ask/brand you trade in etc. Besides that, everything else was great. I look forward to starting a new life with Toyota and seeing how far this trail goes. All in all Jeff is a very nice down to earth guy, and his passion for helping people out and making them happy shows. I got there at noon, and left by 8pm (a lot of time was spent looking/thinking abt the swtich between 4runner and tacos/ giving up the car I have) and not once did I sense any impatience/pushiness from Jeff. Almost like bringing a buddy to help you through it really. p.s. the front desk ladies were awesome help and very pleasant! More

Friendly and Professional I found online a used car that interested me, so I went out to Beaverton Toyota. David Stephens was the salesperson who first helped me. I was interested only in one car, and he was very helpful in arranging a test drive. I had a very low-mileage car to trade in, and we sat down to work out a deal for the trade-in. We could not agree on a price for my car, so I left. David was very professional, yet friendly throughout, and I left with no hard feelings. I came back a couple days later with the intent of simply buying the car outright and selling my current car myself. David was not there, but he arranged for Greg Parker to work with me. Greg was also very helpful, and I ended up with a price for my car that made it worth my while to trade my car in and avoid the whole process of selling it myself. I could not be any happier with the whole experience, so I would recommend Beaverton Toyota very highly to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. I really dislike the whole car-buying experience as a rule, but this was a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure at all, and both sales people were good listeners. More

I was a little leery about going in after the internet customer service agent I was "instant messaging" couldn't tell me if one of the vehicles advertised on the website was currently available or not. However, Shot was friendly, informative and respectful of my desires and constraints. While there was some back and forth, the experience was satisfactory overall. I'm looking forward to receiving the owners manual and my second key for my new-to-me vehicle-so I can upgrade the customer service rating to reflect staff followup. Up-date ** I did receive my owners manual in the mail. 2nd up-date*** I received excellent service at a recent maintenance visit and now a proud owner of two keys to my vehicle- Thanks Nick! More

Great customer service & great cars When I came in to get my 2007 Prius serviced recently, I decided to take a look at the new Prii. Franchot Johnson took me on the test drive.
