Prius Purchase on a Time Crunch We only had 2.5 hours to decide on a new car, determine our trade in value, and complete all the paperwork or lose the car we wanted. The time constr We only had 2.5 hours to decide on a new car, determine our trade in value, and complete all the paperwork or lose the car we wanted. The time constraint, I must mention, was ours not theirs, Tony and Brian were both excellent in completing the process within the time we had. Tony took us on the test drives and found the Prius we wanted in their large storage lot. He explained all the features and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made us feel that he was really listening and looking out for our needs. He helped us get the best deal possible for our trade in, too. He turned us over to Brian who handled all the paperwork and financing. He did great! Tony was still helping and making sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered. We also met their store director who generated all the forms for us and got everything that needed to be printed for the DMV ready to go. The process of signing the electronic forms went real fast, too. It was truly amazing to see how quickly a new car could be purchased once everyone had the same goal in mind. (We didn't take it that day because we still needed our old vehicle to help family members move. We picked the Prius up two days later.) We love the Prius. It has great headroom for my tall husband and the seat can be pumped up for me so I don't feel like I am sitting in a hole. We had a wonderful, quality experience and ended up with a wonderful, quality ride thanks to the great teamwork of Tony and Brian, their manager and the office staff and the folks who got it all set to roll.
