A Mostly Positive Experience This was our 3rd time buying a car from Beaverton Toyota. Everytime has been very pleasant. Everyone there is courteous, professional & helpful. The only issue I had with our latest experience was that the sales manager (Chris) had our salesman (Tony Hossini) follow us home to get the check for the downpayment, even though we had signed a paper saying that we would bring it in within 2 days. This made us feel untrusted, especially when we had to bring the downpayment check in at a later date the last time we purchased a car from them and there was no problem at that time. However, this will not deter us from purchasing from them again in the future. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Tony Hossini. Some other great employees that we have worked with out there that were awesome: Brian Griffin, Jean Gutierrez, Darrin (the finance guy), and even the receptionist were all fantastic to work with. One other thing, that was not so pleasant, was we did see a very unprofessional discussion in the service department. One of the female employees (I don't know her name) was berating one of her coworkers in full view of the customers and in a volume that could be overheard by others. In my opinion, this was not professional at all! I felt very embarrassed for the guy being chewed out. The conversation should have taken place in private, out of sight & earshot of customers. More

Jeff made it clear there was no pressure and was knowledgable on the car it's self. He mentioned he was new and when he didn't know something he immediately looked it up. Used car purchase My wife and I were in the market for a used car so we stopped into Beaverton Toyota to check out cars. Neither my wife or I had shopped for cars for s My wife and I were in the market for a used car so we stopped into Beaverton Toyota to check out cars. Neither my wife or I had shopped for cars for several years so we weren't sure what was available. Tony was very knowledgable and we sat in several different models until we settled on the Camry. We then test drove a couple and we had our choice narrowed down to two, one was a certified pre owned the other just preowned. We went out for lunch to discuss our decision and based on input from Tony and my wife's opinion we went with the certified preowned. Came back to the dealership to discuss pricing, it seemed like a fair price was being asked based on the market so after couple of hours later my smiling wife drove away with her new car. We had an overall pleasant experience, never felt any pressure to buy which is the major complaint I hear from people. More

Despite a high volume of cars Dustin Quan got us on the list, and we received a thorough inspection with a test drive within 3 hrs. The inspection was only $88.00 and it contained all the info that we needed to make a decision about buying a used Toyota. Dustin was resourceful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Service Department of this Beaverton Toyota. More
