Prius Purchase on a Time Crunch We only had 2.5 hours to decide on a new car, determine our trade in value, and complete all the paperwork or lose the car we wanted. The time constraint, I must mention, was ours not theirs, Tony and Brian were both excellent in completing the process within the time we had. Tony took us on the test drives and found the Prius we wanted in their large storage lot. He explained all the features and answered all our questions. He was very personable and made us feel that he was really listening and looking out for our needs. He helped us get the best deal possible for our trade in, too. He turned us over to Brian who handled all the paperwork and financing. He did great! Tony was still helping and making sure we had everything we needed and all of our questions answered. We also met their store director who generated all the forms for us and got everything that needed to be printed for the DMV ready to go. The process of signing the electronic forms went real fast, too. It was truly amazing to see how quickly a new car could be purchased once everyone had the same goal in mind. (We didn't take it that day because we still needed our old vehicle to help family members move. We picked the Prius up two days later.) We love the Prius. It has great headroom for my tall husband and the seat can be pumped up for me so I don't feel like I am sitting in a hole. We had a wonderful, quality experience and ended up with a wonderful, quality ride thanks to the great teamwork of Tony and Brian, their manager and the office staff and the folks who got it all set to roll. A Mostly Positive Experience This was our 3rd time buying a car from Beaverton Toyota. Everytime has been very pleasant. Everyone there is courteous, professional & helpful. The only issue I had with our latest experience was that the sales manager (Chris) had our salesman (Tony Hossini) follow us home to get the check for the downpayment, even though we had signed a paper saying that we would bring it in within 2 days. This made us feel untrusted, especially when we had to bring the downpayment check in at a later date the last time we purchased a car from them and there was no problem at that time. However, this will not deter us from purchasing from them again in the future. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman, Tony Hossini. Some other great employees that we have worked with out there that were awesome: Brian Griffin, Jean Gutierrez, Darrin (the finance guy), and even the receptionist were all fantastic to work with. One other thing, that was not so pleasant, was we did see a very unprofessional discussion in the service department. One of the female employees (I don't know her name) was berating one of her coworkers in full view of the customers and in a volume that could be overheard by others. In my opinion, this was not professional at all! I felt very embarrassed for the guy being chewed out. The conversation should have taken place in private, out of sight & earshot of customers. More

Jeff made it clear there was no pressure and was knowledgable on the car it's self. He mentioned he was new and when he didn't know something he immediately looked it up.
