Used car purchase My wife and I were in the market for a used car so we stopped into Beaverton Toyota to check out cars. Neither my wife or I had shopped for cars for s My wife and I were in the market for a used car so we stopped into Beaverton Toyota to check out cars. Neither my wife or I had shopped for cars for several years so we weren't sure what was available. Tony was very knowledgable and we sat in several different models until we settled on the Camry. We then test drove a couple and we had our choice narrowed down to two, one was a certified pre owned the other just preowned. We went out for lunch to discuss our decision and based on input from Tony and my wife's opinion we went with the certified preowned. Came back to the dealership to discuss pricing, it seemed like a fair price was being asked based on the market so after couple of hours later my smiling wife drove away with her new car. We had an overall pleasant experience, never felt any pressure to buy which is the major complaint I hear from people. More

Despite a high volume of cars Dustin Quan got us on the list, and we received a thorough inspection with a test drive within 3 hrs. The inspection was only $88.00 and it contained all the info that we needed to make a decision about buying a used Toyota. Dustin was resourceful and knowledgeable. We wanted her to see the new Corolla (surprisingly roomy) and Camry (very smooth ride) and our sales guy, Geoffrey Whitworth, checked out one car to each of us. We were able to take the cars to our mother and do her test drive right from her front door. After sleeping on it overnight, she decided to keep looking...both were great cars, just not perfect for her. Geoffrey followed up with a non-pushy call and when I told him Toyota wouldn't be a fit, he wished us the best. Geoffrey used to work at Honda and has broad knowledge of other cars in the industry. He's laid back and no pressure. Also, the dealership in general, has a nice, laid back feel where the sales people don't pounce on you the moment you arrive. More

I also worked with Darrin Grant who stayed late to help me secure financing and arrange the proper documents. He was a bit too concerned with his rating here - talked about it probably 25% of the time. But he was funny about it - so that made it less painless. He was friendly and easy to work with and made our experience very nice. Brian was also pretty cool.
