David was incredibly patient and really helped us change our mind about buying a Toyoto Prius (Prius was not in our top 3). The quality that we appreciated the most was David knew exactly when to provide information and when to just sit back and let us think through the process. I highly recommend commend David's expertise in dealing with first time car buyers and overall great salesmanship. Hasan helped us close the deal. He stayed longer hours as we were going through the buying process and also came in on his day off to personally deliver the car to us. We had a pretty tight budget and Hasan at no point during the process pushed us in a direction that we were not comfortable with as far as the price was concerned. Again overall great service and someone I would recommend to my friends in the area. Good job More

Excellent Service I came to the dealership with my mother thinking I would trade my vehicle in for another used vehicle in better condition. I ended up leaving the prop I came to the dealership with my mother thinking I would trade my vehicle in for another used vehicle in better condition. I ended up leaving the property with a brand new car! Richard Lee is an excellent agent and he has become very good friends with my mother as well and has sold her 3 cars too. He was very personable and knew exactly what I would like just from talking to me for a few minutes. He didn't try to push me to buy other vehicles that I was not interested in, but showed me what he thought I'd like based on what I said. I felt very comfortable there and didn't feel pressured in any way. Richard is a very great asset to this dealership and has excellent customer service skills. He is very easy to talk to, he listens, and knows his products. I was in and out and left smiling instead of frustrated. Thank you Richard! More

Collaborative Professional Work I recently purchased a Sienna from Broadway Toyota to replace a 23 yr. old Mazda MPV van. The sales representative, Kevin Haines, worked patiently wit I recently purchased a Sienna from Broadway Toyota to replace a 23 yr. old Mazda MPV van. The sales representative, Kevin Haines, worked patiently with me over a long period of time. Even though it was a difficult purchase we had fun. I am a single woman with specific ergonomic needs due to a physical issue. In 2009, I gave up shopping. First, it's not possible to find a comfortable car off the lot (seats and steering column require conversion). Second, I needed more time to know if a car were a possibility. However, I narrowed the choices to Toyota and Honda. Between 2009 and 2014, I kept up with car design through Edmunds. During two long bouts of shopping at every Toyota and Honda dealerships in a radius of 25 miles in the Portland area (some multiple times), I developed a sense of dealership management. I felt comfortable at 3 dealerships (Beaverton, Wilsonville and Gresham) and avoided others due to dealer management. ??I selected Beaverton specifically to work with Mr. Haines. He conscientiously addressed himself to my personal needs. If he didn't know the answer to a question, rather than fill in with a supposition, he researched and got back with the information. Kevin arranged for me to keep a Highlander overnight to see if it would work - I needed to spend time to get in and out of the car, experience its suspension and determine if its steering column could be rebuilt. He didn't need to do that. Unlike many dealers, Toyotas have rental services. Mr. Haines' communication is impressive. He consistently said, "If you have any questions.... If you need further assistance, let me know". After I purchased the car, we met twice (once on his day off), to work on a problem for me with the 2nd row seats. Kevin enlisted the assistance of Rick Fernandez to plan how to solve the problem. He then represented my interests to Cathie Low, Director of Customer Relations and renegotiated a financial decision. Kevin and Ms. Low each got back to me re the arrangement. ??I also had an opportunity to work with Josh Ford, the Financial Director. After buying a service contract I decided to drop it. My financial representative was off that day, so I spoke on the phone with Mr. Ford. He said I could certainly cancel the contract by sending a fax. And, yes, if I wanted time to think about my decision he would hold the documents until I returned from a trip. I experienced outstanding employee collaboration and communication throughout this process. Beaverton Toyota evidences professional and respectful management policies. All the people I encountered worked to satisfy customers as well as sell and service cars. Beaverton Toyota must be a great place to work. It's a great place to buy a car. More

Tim is our sales man, he is not overbearing or did he make us feel pressured into buying when we are only looking as of now. We did test drive a truck and a SUV both are nice rides but these two vehicles were not in the cards to purchase. During the long discussions on price, payment, and financing Tim is bringing us information on the process and checking on how comfortable we both are. I have never experienced a relaxing moment in purchasing a car until now. We both agreed our needs are being met by a positive salesman in a positive environment. I put my trust into Tim's hands and he did not betray this consumer with any unwanted sales pitches or misinformation. In the end, I am able to drive home a 2009 RAV4 SUV with great coverage and payments.Tim, I can honestly say this is the most positive sales experience I have been involved with. GoTim!!! More
