We visited Beaverton Toyota a week ago, to check out a used Sienna van, after rela My husband and I have bought and sold and traded a lot of vehicles. We visited Beaverton Toyota a week ago, to check out a used Sienna van, after relatives raved about owning one. We were going to be picking up a puppy the next day and were hoping to find something that would work to haul all three of our dogs around. It was a quiet Friday night when we got to the dealership and Greg came out to greet us. We were expecting the usual sales pitch and instead got a quiet, friendly guy who was happy to show us the exact vehicle we had come in to see, without trying to change our minds to something else. We initiated any conversation about trading our existing vehicle, not Greg. We were so impressed with the quality of the van that we pursued the purchase. Once inside we were greeted by several others at the dealership who mostly wanted to talk about what kind of puppy we were getting! The whole team was friendly and calm. Greg knew just the right time to give us a chance to talk privately. When we negotiated on the vehicle price and what we might get in trade we never once felt like we were being manipulated or talked into something that wasn't right for us. We really appreciate the casual, friendly "like family" feel of the dealership, which was for us a very unique experience. We were also impressed that the previous owner of the van we bought from Beaverton Toyota had all the service done there, where s/he had purchased it. That meant a lot to us and spoke highly of the regard the owner must have had for the dealership. We will happily recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
