Came in for an oil change; the next week, I had a new car. I wasn't looking for a new or used car. I loved my '02 Highlander. My husband wanted me to get a new car for a couple of years, but I ignored him be I wasn't looking for a new or used car. I loved my '02 Highlander. My husband wanted me to get a new car for a couple of years, but I ignored him because the car was running like it was brand new. I went in for an oil change and learned Beaverton Toyota was looking to increase their used car inventory and offered to pay me top dollar for my Highlander. I checked around on Craigslist and Auto Trader and the price they offered me was very fair, considering I was looking at putting $845 into the car for my 90k tune-up. Had I known I was going to buy I car, I wouldn't have spent last weekend waxing my Highlander. Chris Cutright and Tim Wilson were fantastic to work with. I hope they are still working there when I come back to buy my next car. More

That's where the decisions are made and ferried back and forth by "The Runner" ( Mr. Neil in this case).They lowballed me on the value of my trade in and were reluctant to move on the price of the new vehicle After minimal movement in a second attempt to negotiate I was extremely disappointed and said"We're out of here". As it turns out we bought a very similar vehicle that same day and for less money. More

I came about 6 months ago looking for a replacement car for my wife. Andrew Hudson was the rep I saw then and I felt he was very standoffish and did not really listen to me and what I wanted. I decided to buy elsewhere for my wife and did not return. On this purchase I really wanted a Toyota but tried to go to Honda. They were pretty aggressive their prices were not flexible at all. They just wanted to sell right there and then. So I resorted to come back to Toyota to look at Rav4s with my wife this week-end. Ran into Richard as we came in and he was attentive and nice in his approach. I felt we were really listened to. I still liked the CRV better but just did not want to deal with Honda. The prices and options provided at Toyota were good enough that I came back yesterday hoping to find something a little larger than a Rav4. The dealership also goes above and beyond in terms of reducing their environmental impact. The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with was the finance manager's efforts to get us to add on lots of extras at the end. More

John talked to us about some issues we had even offering us to bring the car to us to see if I could transfer betweeen my wheelchair and car and back. It is a 2014 Corrolla LE.
