David is such a great guy and we thank him for helping us with a new car for our company! It's a true pleasure working with David and we will recommend his service to our customers if they ever need a Toyota car or truck! Andrew Blaine has been our service advisor since 2005 and has gone beyond his duties to help us whether it's just an oil change or a serious issue with one of our Toyotas and has always treated us like a great friend. Overfilled oil I belong to a yahoo prius group. We discuss how the Prius gets over filled during oil changes and how we all notice the gas mileage go down from this. I belong to a yahoo prius group. We discuss how the Prius gets over filled during oil changes and how we all notice the gas mileage go down from this. I used to have a 2002 Prius. I took it, in 2004, to Beaverton Toyota to have my oil changed. For my 2002 Prius they overfilled the oil and I noticed my mileage go down after the service. I checked the dip stick and yes it was overfilled. I brought it back to Beaverton Toyota and told them I notice my gas mileage had gone down and then I noticed that the oil was overfilled. They looked at it and agreed and fixed the problem for me for free. So, I recently purchased a 2013 Prius C from Beaverton Toyota with 4000 miles on it. Today I brought it in to Beaverton Toyota for its 6000 mile maintenance. Before I gave it over to the guys in the service department I looked at the oil dip stick and saw it was overfilled. I am very pleased to report that when I got my car back it was filled correctly. I asked who was the technician that worked on my car and was told it was "Pako". Good experience I am satisfied. My salesperson made the difference. It was all about me. He didn't try to sale me something I didn't want. He asked me what I wanted I am satisfied. My salesperson made the difference. It was all about me. He didn't try to sale me something I didn't want. He asked me what I wanted and I got it....actually I got more but I paid what I wanted. The sales person makes a big difference. I heard other sales person there that I am sure if they would have took care of me, I would have walked out without a car. Dealership is nice and clean and everyone is polite. They have many cars available and it's pretty fast to be in and out, even on a sunday afternoon. More
