Throughout the day, he mentioned how important the customer service experience was to him, and that Toyota instilled in him the passion to provide excellent service. Nick was very helpful in pointing out the features when in the car. The simple act of having me sit in the back seat and reclining the chair helped to visualize the comfort features. He entertained all questions and answered them in a polite, respectful manner. Although Nick mentioned he was a relatively new associate, his technique, willingness to learn, and product knowledge reflected a seasoned professional. Nick went above and beyond to make sure the pricing could be satisfied and showed great patience in handling the sale from beginning to end. I had visited two other Honda dealers the previous day and was initially leaning toward purchasing the Honda CRV. The immensely positive experience that Nick provided ultimately changed my mind. His loyalty toward the Toyota brand and ability to create an above and beyond experience was a no brainer in purchasing my Toyota RAV4.
