Hasan was very helpful and informative about the vehicle I was looking at (Tacoma). I was test driving within 10 minutes of being on the lot, and he even guided me to a bumpy road so I could see how the su I was looking at (Tacoma). After I was handed off to the finance department, Hasan made sure to check in and see if the price was to my satisfaction and if negotiations were going well. What impressed my the most about Hasan, though, was the service after the sale. He took the time to thoroughly walk me through the vehicle information and showed me several features in the car while maintaining his friendly attitude. Although I don't think I'll be back soon (hoping this Toyota lasts quite a while!), I would definitely recommend working with Hasan if you have the chance. Thanks! More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and with a pre-approved bank loan. I found the car I had been looking for and made an offer. Hassan went down about $1000.00 and we almost had a deal until I inquired information about the maintenance of the vehicle. The vehicle had roughly 105,000 miles on it and making sure the 80,000 service has been performed is crucial (timing belt, water pump, and a recalled item). Hasan didn't have the records on hand, but he told me that it didn't need the timing belt changed because it was a chain, not a belt, and that never has to be replaced. I knew that this was baboonish and told him I wouldn't buy the car unless those items had been replaced. Hasan then presented me a CarFax report and tried to convince me that the those items were worked on. However. the CarFax did not indicate so and at that point I was feeling manipulated and lied to, but didn't mind playing the game a bit. I stood firm and insisted that without proof of that maintenance, I would not purchase the vehicle. Hasan offered to call the dealership that the car had been worked on and get the history and I went home. He calls the next day and says that the work was not done and that they would perform the work, but I had to pay full price for the vehicle. He stood firm on this and since it's about a $2000.00 job, I accepted his offer. The paper work went smoothly and since my cosigner was absent, I could take the vehicle that day and get her signature with notarization and that made it very convenient. In retrospect, my only mistake was not bringing a check from the bank to purchase the vehicle because they sold my contract to the bank and I got dinged with a interest rate increase. If Hasan and the finance manager had made that option more clearly, I would have appreciated it and that's why I rated Hasan and the dealership "good" not great. I recommend Hasan, but be on your feet and ask the right questions. He was always kind and never felt creepy, he just could have been better informed on car maintenance and been upfront about not knowing. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had (I've had three Fords from various dealers and a Nissan in the past). All options were laid out for us, fair trade in values were given and there were no high pressure pitches, which was appreciated.
