I had researched on-line for a car I could afford, and that would get good gas mileage. I found a 2004 Chevy Aveo on -line at Beaverton Toyota, and made an appointment for a test drive. I arrived just before closing time in a car that would not be going anywhere else, ever. I was lucky I made it to the dealership. The sales team was very friendly, and had the car parked by the door ready for me to test drive. They gave me way more than I expected for my junker, and stayed late with me until they found a creditor to cover the loan, and accepted a low down-payment. I had made arrangements for the loan from my credit union, but it was closed. The team realized that I was stuck without a car, and made sure that I got the loan and was able to drive away an hour after their closing time. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and I have recommended them to all of my friends. More

I've purchase a number of cars from Beaverton Toyota over the past 30 years and typically have done my service at BT even though it is not the most convenient for me. I've always been satisfied with Beaverton Toyota's service, especially with Mike Quinn. I'm very disappointed to hear that Mike is being let go. Mike has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I can always count on Mike to get me an appointment that is best for me and he explains what and why certain repairs are recommended. As a customer you need to feel comfortable bringing your vehicle to a facility for repair and bringing your vehicle to a dealership where the perception is that you will be paying more for your repairs then maybe you would at an independent facility. I don't know if that is true or not, but you need a reason to justify the added cost of repair at a dealership....Mike Quinn was that reason. It would be great if you would reconsider your decision. I went in to look at new corollas and camrys. Kyle Gustafson was our salesman and we couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Brian was a great contact/salesperson who made the whole experience smooth and easy for my wife and I. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars we wanted to talk about. Every employee we talked with at the dealership was also caring, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The dealership was very modern and comfortable and, the coffee was hot and good!
