He always tried to get me the best car out there which come within my price requirement. Hasan never tried to get me into anything I didn't want to have which was a very important thing for me. over all it was very fast on all processing and I was able to get the 24 months lease on a Toyota without any issues. I have always had a good to excellent experience with Beaverton Toyota and its employees. I will not work with Daniel Martini again. Both my husband and I felt he was unpleasant to deal with. His friendl Beaverton Toyota and its employees. I will not work with Daniel Martini again. Both my husband and I felt he was unpleasant to deal with. His friendliness turned off and on. I don't know how to describe it other than to say he seemed passive aggressive. In addition, when I called to say there was a problem with the work done the week before, three times he asked if I would be able to recreate the problem when we brought the vehicle back. The way he said this sounded like it was my responsibility to prove there was a problem. He never once suggested that Beaverton Toyota should be responsible for discovering the problem (that they had caused). It turned out that the mechanic had put the bolts in backward in our new shock absorbers. As a result when the car was loaded with people or items in the back half of the van, it banged extremely loudly just going over VERY small bumps in the road. We didn't discover this until Christmas Day when we loaded up the car and began our 5 hour drive to "Grandma's house." We didn't make it 5 blocks. We had to go back and take a second vehicle. This cost us another $100 in gas because the second vehicle was too small for all the people and luggage, so we had to take both vehicles. In the process of explaining all this to Daniel Martini I had to keep "proving" to him that there was a problem. For instance, when I began to explain that with people and luggage in the rear of the van it "banged" with every bump, he said, "Oh, it sounds like it was loaded with much more stuff than usual." "No," I said (maintaining patience), "It had no more than what we've carried hundreds of times over the years." I go back to explaining the problem, and he's back to asking if I will be able to recreate the problem when he and a mechanic do a test drive with me. We ended up bringing four 5 gallon water jugs and a few very large rocks from our garden so we could "prove" there was a problem with brand new shocks. When we arrived at Beaverton Toyota, we placed them in the back of the van so we could prove what we were asked to prove. In addition, I know that the mechanics caused something to malfunction on my van because Daniel asked me if it had been broken when I brought the vehicle in (if the warning light had been on). No, the warning light had not been on. He acknowledged that this had to be accurate because he knew that I had brought my van in and asked to have everything fixed that had been postponed because of lack of finances, a list of about 8 items. I felt the whole thing was handled very unprofessionally - and not what we were used to with Beaverton Toyota. More
I came into the dealership with a Toyota Tacoma already picked out. Mr. Hunter had the trucked warmed up for me ready to go for a test drive. He was very accommodating, answered all my questions or if he w picked out. Mr. Hunter had the trucked warmed up for me ready to go for a test drive. He was very accommodating, answered all my questions or if he wasn't sure of the answer he went to every length possible to get the information I needed. He was very straight forward, had done his research on the vehicle and was not pushy at all. Mr. Hunter was very patient as I tried to negotiate the price with him and his manager. Overall, Mr. Hunter provided impeccable service, he truly represents the next generation of salesmen adapted to the new age of informed consumers. More
In the Spring of 2013, my wife and I purchased two cars - a 2013 Scion XB and a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Our salesman was Antonya Pena. He was extremely helpful with our purchases and the trading in of our 2011 a 2013 Scion XB and a 2012 Toyota Corolla. Our salesman was Antonya Pena. He was extremely helpful with our purchases and the trading in of our 2011 Toyota RAV4. They have turned out to be excellent vehicles with no current problems. The prices for the two cars and the trade-in value for the RAV4 were worked out by Antonya and his boss, so we didn't have too much of a balance. We have been very happy with our purchases. More
Our experience with Tim Wilson, his supervisor Dan, Brian in finance could not have been simpler. We did our homework, came into the dealership with Google research for fair market values for both our 2003 T in finance could not have been simpler. We did our homework, came into the dealership with Google research for fair market values for both our 2003 Toyota trade-in and the 2013 Used Highlander that we bought. We found their prices right in line with the FMV's and their respect for our hard work was proved out by how easy they made it to close the deal and drive home in our new vehicle. Finance department got us an even lower used car rate than lowest rate I found on line! Great guys do deal with throughout the whole process. Beaverton Toyota and especially salesman Tim Wilson made this a very pleasant experience. See you again in 10 years for our next Highlander, I know you'll still be there. More
Antonyo was most pleasant to deal with. He convinced us that we really wanted a new sienna, not a used one from another dealer, he found one in the color we liked, he agreed to have a trailer hitch install that we really wanted a new sienna, not a used one from another dealer, he found one in the color we liked, he agreed to have a trailer hitch installed(at our expense), and he arranged to have the Firestone tires exchanged for Michelins at the dealer's expense. We told him we were going to pay cash, and we also told him we would not buy after-sale insurance, so we didn't want to be bothered by a sales pitch. As far as we were concerned, we had bought a new Sienna. And Antonyo had done his job job a pleasant and efficient manner. But somehow your dealership managed to stretch out the sale for about 3 more hours, and you included a long sales pitch for after-sale insurance! We of course did not buy it, just as we had said we would not. Since we are over 80 years old, this will probably be the last new car we will buy, but if we ever do have to buy a new car again, we are going to have to find a new way to do it. Life is too short, especially at our age, to waste it sitting in any auto dealership waiting for invisible people to make decisions, when there is truly no decision needed. Don and Bonnie Turner More
Thank you, Juan, for a pleasant new car purchase. Juan is a perfect salesperson--friendly, courteous, personable, and most importantly, he CLEARLY explained all the features on the 2014 Highlander.
