Inconsistent info and an attitude of this is the way we do it. They don't listen to the needs/wants of the customer. They want to perform expensive tests that aren't needed. There is a great disconnect between the mechanic and account representative that is focused on sales rather than taking care of the customer. Very disappointed! More
