We were only there to look at the new 4 Runner, as ours is getting older, so we wanted to see the New 2014 since we happen to be in the area. We were welcomed by Nick Hunter, and felt very comfortable wit is getting older, so we wanted to see the New 2014 since we happen to be in the area. He was very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles, and answered all our questions and made us feel like we were in good hands, with no pressure at all. Before we knew it we were test driving the new 2014 4 Runner, and we weren't sure it was quite for us as the body style was much larger then we needed. Then we walked around talking with Nick about other models and ended up in the RAV4 for a test drive. It was more our size, but it was a 4 cylinder and we had our doubts. Nick quickly talked about the new technology and when we took off, he was totally right. We were only in the area for a shirt I was getting at Kohl s and ended up with a new car as well, due to Nick & Evan 's Financial expertise. What a great Team, we highly recommend them to anyone buying a new vehicle, they Rock!! We will visit them again when we need a new vehicle for our Son in the future. I went to buy a new Prius and the sales person that I worked with was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgable, and answered all my questions in detail. One of my favorite things about my sales person was that he didn't push all the extras on me, which is normally get. He gave me the information about them, and let me make my choices and was respectful of them. He was by far the best car sales person I have ever worked with. In general, the dealership staff were all very welcoming and pleasant. They were friendly and efficient and considering I was there with my baby, very patient and sweet in entertaining him while I was there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car and will certainly be back there in hue he future. More

I was traveling from out of state with my 2013 Tacoma and was due for it's 15,000 mile oil change. While in the Beaverton OR area, I stopped in for a non-scheduled oil change. I waited 2 hours (reasonable was due for it's 15,000 mile oil change. While in the Beaverton OR area, I stopped in for a non-scheduled oil change. I waited 2 hours (reasonable with no appointment). Waiting room was very good with guest computers and internet, Dealership employees were friendly. My experience at other Toyota dealers was receiving a complimentary car wash after service. There was none at this one. After the oil change, the transmission shifter knob was loose and annoyed me so I asked if they could just apply some teflon tape or lock-tite to the threads to tighten the knob shifter. My representative said there was none available there! He said there was nothing to tighten the threads (at this quality Toyota DEALERSHIP with a complete SERVICE department??) He replied I'd have to have it addressed as a warranty issue... I do not expect this type of approach from ANY Toyota dealership. My experience, which has me coming back as a repeat customer to Toyota, was their "Can-Do" attitude and that was missing from this dealership. To be fair, the representative did make calls in the service area and went looking but I lost interest and patience and left. More
