I have been a customer of Beaverton Toyota for about 10 years, and I feel that they deserve credit for trying hard to keep customers coming back. I bought a new Prius from them back in 2004 and it was a c years, and I feel that they deserve credit for trying hard to keep customers coming back. I bought a new Prius from them back in 2004 and it was a completely no-hassle sale, plus I have never needed to go anywhere else for service. I really trust their skill and expertise, and the actual charges for work done have all been less than the estimates. Recently due to an accident I had to replace my Prius, and I spent some time trying to find something appropriate. As it turned out, Beaverton Toyota was the best choice to find a good car at a good price, and I got to keep my ongoing relationship with their quality service. The used car my wife and I chose from their lot was just right for our needs, and the sale was so easy to negotiate. This review is primarily about their salesman, Reza. He was assigned to us at the front desk when we were looking around. I had never met him before but all our interactions were comfortable and reassuring that Reza was more interested in finding a suitable car for us than in steering us toward priority inventory. We didn't feel any pressure, just friendly support from Reza that he was there to help. After a few days of consideration we did proceed with purchasing a car on the lot that we liked, and Reza made sure that there were no surprises. Everything was simple and straightforward and our opinion was respected. Reza negotiated a couple of extra percs for us to sweeten the sale, and the bottom line was just what he said it would be. Even after the sale, we were really appreciative that he was there to represent us. We decided that we wanted to add some factory floor mats, and he helped us to purchase them at dealer cost. We also noted that an interior item was missing several days after the sale, and Reza promised us he would locate that item for us, no charge. He came through on that promise and assured us that's the way he treats his customers. We think he deserves some extra credit for serving his customers so reliably, and we are recommending him as a trustworthy salesperson if you stop in at Beaverton Toyota. More

I've rated the dealership and the salesman with a 5 across the board due to the level of trust I was inclined to give after assessing the experience.
