I have been at Beaverton Toyota since 1985. I had bought my first Toyota at another local dealership and was quoted a price of $200 for the first service. I thought that was expensive. I called Beaverton Toyota and was told $50 for the same service. It cost me $37. I have also bought my last 2 Toyotas from them. I use Beaverton Toyota and Mike Quinn for all of my service work. My current car has 205000 miles on it and going strong. It is because of the exceptional service, trained mechanics and quality Toyota parts. I have bought my last 2 Toyotas from Rob Busey and will be buying my next one from him. I find this dealership to be fair, honest and friendly. I recommend them highly to anyone. I have met folks from Salem, Estacada, Gresham and Eastside that go to this dealership. Their employees have been their for many years. The Humbertson family has recently expanded and improved the customer lounge and the service bays with top of the line equipment, a cafe and coffee bar. It is always a pleasant experience going here. After many hours of research on the new Toyota Rav 4 my wife and I came to a decision on what package and options were important to us and headed out to visit several Toyota dealerships. We were looking forward to test driving the Rav 4 and seeing how the available options compared to what we presently had and wanted. I was not looking forward to dealing with sales personnel or the high pressure sale tactics many dealerships use. To my surprise I found Beaverton Toyota dealership and their sales person (Steve Waite) very Knowledgeable and extremely willing to help me acquire the best deal possible. There were no high pressure sales tactics, Steve was very upfront about the vehicle Manufactures suggested price and how much the dealership needed to sell the vehicle (Best price sticker). I had plan on visiting several dealerships but after spending several hours working with Mr. Waite we decided to purchase the new Rav 4 and went home in our new vehicle that day. Steve turned out to be the kind of sales person you always hope to find and is now looking for a new Tacoma pickup to replace my 2002 Ford Explorer. I am very pleased with both the sales and service I've received from Beaverton Toyota and Mr. Waite and would recommend both to a friend. More
