The little things matter to me. I took my Scion XB for a full and much needed service. A week later I came back because my Fob seemed to have a dead batters. I couldn;t figure out how to open up the Fob full and much needed service. A week later I came back because my Fob seemed to have a dead batters. I couldn;t figure out how to open up the Fob to get the battery size and change it. I went to the Service Department and a great guy opened it up for me. From there it was all downhill. I began by looking at late model used RAV4's, but without any pressure from the salesperson, I asked about the cost of a new vehicle and decided that that was what I wanted. Beaverton Toyota did not have a RAV4 in stock like I wanted, but they quickly located one at a nearby dealership and within a couple of days had the vehicle ready for me. The sales transaction went smoothly and the salesperson, Nick Ralston, was very thorough in explaining all of the features of the new RAV4 before I left the dealership.
